The account mix up

The live went out under Juhoon’s name, so Keonho opened by clearing it up straight away. The phone they used is a shared one, a group phone, and whoever picks it up gets whichever account is already signed in. This time it was Juhoon’s.

Juhoon wanted to come too

Keonho is in Paris. Juhoon is not, and he was not hiding how he felt about it. In his own words: “I wanna go to Paris too.” Not annoyed with anyone, just sad about missing it.

A COER suggested just stuffing Juhoon in the suitcase. Keonho’s answer: yeah, probably, if they fold him right he should fit.

He only went live because he had just finished

He had come off a schedule and was jetlagged, and went on anyway. He also took a moment to cheer on a COER who was still doing their assignments at four in the morning.

They are writing lyrics daily

This is the real news in the live. CORTIS are working on the third album every day, and if you count it up, the lyric writing has been going for two to three weeks already. They are going to keep pushing until they are back in Korea.

Which lines up with everything else: Juhoon said on Weverse that they were writing lyrics right now, and Keonho said in Paris that they are writing and not recording. The full picture of the LA sessions is here.

He wrote until nine in the morning

One night in LA he was up writing lyrics until 9am. Which is also why he is not in the Ain’t in LA video: Juhoon, Seonghyeon and James filmed it at their Airbnb while Keonho was asleep. He watched it back on the live and reacted to it.

And then, since he had missed it, he did the challenge himself, live.

And he said thank you for the VMAs

The voting results landed while they were working. He wanted to say thank you for it.

The celebrity list, in his own words

“When I went to Paris, I saw so many celebrities with such cool auras. I was most amazed by Pedro Pascal’s aura, it’s so cool. I also wanna have an aura like that in the future. Pedro hyungnim is cool, Dua Lipa noona is cool, Nicole Kidman noona is cool too.” “Then Rosie, who was sitting next to me, said she could tell right away that I’m Korean from my skin. She said my skin is really nice.”

He met Chanel’s creative director

After the event he met Matthieu Blazy, Chanel’s creative director, talked about the show and took photos with him. He said he wants to meet again and talk more, and that if he gets the chance he wants to try Blazy’s collection.

He had been at the Chanel Métiers d’Art show in Korea the day before, and then got to join the Paris one as well. He was visibly thrilled about it.

This is his second time in Paris

He loves it, he did a small fitcheck of what he was wearing, he showed photos from a gallery, and he said he wants to stay longer but cannot, because there are other schedules.

The next one is F1 in Singapore, tomorrow, his first time. If he gets the chance he wants to meet Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen.

They talked one on one

He finally explained the photo. After watching the concert in Los Angeles he got the chance to talk to Dominic Fike one on one, and that is how the hug photo happened. He called it the best show he has ever been to, and said that if there is another chance he wants to go again.

Keonho: “Nice. It’s nice.”

What he said about the injury

“Because of the injury, I can’t move my arm much, so I’ve lost a ton of muscle in my arm. I do prefer a normal body, so I don’t want to be too muscular either, but I think I need to get back to at least how it was before. Because now my arm can be gripped with one hand. Don’t worry, okay.”

So: the hand itself is better, the arm lost muscle while he could not use it, and he wants to build it back to where it was rather than bulk up. He is joining dance practice for the upcoming schedules unless something unexpected comes up.

The Airbnb in LA

It had a spa, so he and Juhoon used it. Afterwards Keonho went back to Juhoon’s room, Juhoon flopped onto the bed and was asleep in under ten seconds, lights off and everything. Keonho then checked on everyone else: Martin and Seonghyeon were asleep, James was just chilling.

He spent about an hour there before leaving, lounging, spa, swimming and packing.

Samgyeopsal, constantly

He is deep in a samgyeopsal phase. The members grill and eat it in LA, and on the day Keonho flew to Paris they all got together for a samgyeopsal party first.

A camera that would not focus

He took a camera to the event and it refused to focus, so he could not get the photos he wanted.

A new phone

He has upgraded to an iPhone 18 Pro. He wanted the orange, like his iPhone 17, but it was sold out, so he ended up with the silver.
