The biggest thing in the whole live, said almost in passing: CORTIS have been making music for their third album these days. No timeline, no title, nothing else. Just that it is happening.

Why he nearly laughed during Put Your Phone Down

COERs have been asking about this one since the tour, and he finally explained it. The song had already started and Martin was supposed to say “Put Your Phone Down”, and he forgot. So the stage just stayed dark, and because there was no chit chat to fill the gap either, everybody ended up simply staring at Martin. Martin panicked and yelled the line late.

Seonghyeon said he had a very hard time holding his laughter in.

He does not want to bulk up, because of his clothes

Someone in the comments asked whether he works out, and it turned into the longest answer of the night.

Seonghyeon “Working out..? but shouldn’t we work out? no?” “for me, i also don’t want to do something like bulk up” “because of my outfits, since i like dressing up…” “i don’t want to get bulky because of my outfits” “i just don’t have to bulk up, but i can still work out, right?”

He also mentioned that after doing a weights session with James and Keonho, he felt like throwing up.

He will not get his ears pierced

Seonghyeon “i think it would hurt too much if i got them pierced, so i can’t do it”

The bracelet, and how Keonho ended up with the ring

Somebody kept asking about his bracelet, so he explained the whole thing. He bought his first, and he had actually been torn between buying the bracelet or the ring. He went with the bracelet. Later on, Keonho bought the ring.

He and his sister do not really keep in touch

Seonghyeon “younger sister…? I, I don’t know, is she doing well? but honestly, we don’t really stay in touch that much”

Delivered completely deadpan, which is what made it land.

He looks like his mum

Asked whether he takes after his dad or his mum, he said he looks a lot like his mum. He brought up kindergarten, where his teacher used to lift his fringe up and go “omg ma’am!! ma’am!!”. He also said he got his mum’s nose.

The perfume he refuses to name

He said he went out briefly during his holiday and bought a perfume. Asked what it was, he said he would tell everyone once he finishes the whole bottle. Then someone in the chat tried this:

Why they made the Chuseok cooking content

He said they made it because they thought they were not actually that bad at cooking, so they wanted to try cooking and then eating what they made. And it stuck: they have been cooking and eating their own food since. Martin once made burgers and kimchi fried rice for everyone at the dorm on their day off in Korea.

The thick smoothie, and the blender they bought for it

He had saved a video of one of those thick smoothies you can flip upside down without it spilling, because he wanted to make it. Later he showed it to Martin, and Martin said he had the exact same video saved and had also been wanting to make it.

So they went straight out, bought a blender and all the ingredients, and made it. Seonghyeon said he would post it on Weverse later.

What the others were doing while he was live

Asked what the rest of the members were up to, he said he and Martin had been playing PlayStation together earlier, and that Martin was probably still on the game, since he had left him there to come do the live. They had eaten together too.
